લોકપાલના દાયરામાં
ધર્મગુરુઓ–પુંજીપતીઓ કેમ નહીં ?
અન્ના હજારેના લોકપાલ વીધેયકના દાયરામાં બહુધા રાજનેતાઓનો સમાવેશ થયેલો જોઈ શકાય છે; પરન્તુ તેમાં ધર્મગુરુઓ અને પુંજીપતીઓનો સમાવેશ થયો નથી. તેથી પ્રશ્ન એ ઉપસ્થીત થાય છે કે શું ધર્મગુરુઓના ધર્મસ્થાનો અને પુંજીપતીઓની પેઢીઓમાં ભ્રષ્ટાચાર થતો જ નથી ? પુંજીપતીઓ પોતાનું કાળું નાણું જેમ સ્વીસ બેન્કમાં જમા કરાવે છે તેમ મંદીરોમાં, આશ્રમોમાં અને ધર્મસ્થાનોમાં પણ દાન પેટે આપે છે. પુંજીપતીઓ કામદારો–કર્મચારીઓનું શોષણ કરે છે અને રાજનેતાઓને ચુંટણી ફંડમાં પણ દાન આપે છે. આ સંજોગોમાં ફક્ત શાસકો–પ્રશાસકોને જ લોકપાલના દાયરામાં લાવવાથી માત્ર અને કદાચ ત્રીજા ભાગનો ભ્રષ્ટાચાર માંડ–માંડ નાબુદ કરી શકાશે. તેથી ધર્મગુરુઓ અને પુંજીપતીઓને જો લોકપાલના દાયરામાં નહીં લાવવામાં આવે તો બે તૃતીયાંશ ભાગનો ભ્રષ્ટાચાર તો એવો ને એવો જ ઉભો રહેશે ! માટે જો દેશમાં સો ટકા ભ્રષ્ટાચાર નાબુદ કરવો હોય તો દરેક ધર્મના ધર્મગુરુઓ–ધર્મસંસ્થાઓ અને પુંજીપતીઓને પણ લોકપાલ વીધેયકના દાયરામાં લાવવા જોઈએ. નથી લાગતું કે ભારતની સમગ્ર પ્રજાએ આવો અવાજ ઉઠાવવો જોઈએ ?

I fully agree with your suggestion that all the Indians including the GODs of the temples, Gurudwara, Makbara and Churches, hospitals, schools and in fact all the places were money is being taken or given must be included in the Anti-Corruption Bill. Unless, all the funds are accounted, black money circulation will not going to end. And, when the person is sufferings from cancer, just by cutting only one infected leg or hand or fingers keeping other infected parts will not going to cure him. In reality religious Organizations must be told to preach the lessons of corruption and enforcement in their daily services.

Yes -hats off to Chavda Saheb!Head of dawoodi Bohras-Syedna saheb and his sons have accumulated crores of rupees and much more in propertiesall around the globe without paying any taxes to the government in the disguise of religion-They have swiss accounts and lots of GOLD hoarded in their safe deposits- let us get after them too just like those Saibaba”s accounts–I am mad!!!

First of all i do not know what kind of a Bohri you are.. most probably your not even one. Second of all i am sure you do no understand the concept of tax payments and on what basis are taxes wavered in some entity. Thirdly i am sure you have no updates on what going on in the Community, you say gold? KasreAli gave away almost 200 sets of Gold into the needy Bohris. Money? well at this moment all needy Mumin arnd the world are benefiting, as their houses are being rebuild, their living standards are being raised, even the ones who cannot afford 3 meals a day are been provided. I am sorry if i am wrong, but i feel your one of those Mumin who r just a mumin as they were born in it, you have no faith or trust in our Moula.

શ્રી ચાવડાએ એક અગત્યનો મુદ્દો અને સહેજે ભાવી જાય એવો વિચાર
રજુ કર્યો છે,શું ધર્મગુરુઓ,સ્વામીઓ,સંતો,કથાકારો અને સિનેમાના એકટરોને
કઈ થોડા બાકાત રખાય!! તે મુજબ મોટા જાત્ર ધામના મઠો,મંદિરો,મસ્જીદો,
દેવળો,આશ્રમો કે ગુરુદ્વારાના સંચાલકો અને ટ્રસ્ટીઓને પણ આ લોક્પાલના
બંધારણમાં આવરી લેવાનું જરૂરી છે,ધર્મના નામે શ્રધાળુ અને આંધળીશ્રધા
ધરાવતા લોકને આ વર્ગે ખુબ લુંટ્યા છે,તેમને પણ ન્યાય અપાવવો જોઈએ.
ક્યાં સુધી આ હવે ભારતના લોકોએ ચલાવે રાખવું છે? મહેરબાનો જાગો !!!

Dharmaguruo,Swamijio,Pujarijio, Kathakaro….jeva lootaruo bije jova nahi male.Ek var Indiamathi…aa dharmaguruo,Kathakaro,Swamijio,Pujario ne hatavi do ke temni jamatne bhushi naakho to badhu sudhari jase. Bija badha pan sudhari jase. Kadach LOKPAL BILLni pan jarurat nahi pade.

ધર્મગુરુઓ ભ્રષ્ટાચારી હોઈ શકે નહિ, પરંતુ ભ્રષ્ટાચારીઓજ ધર્મગુરુના વેશમાં હોય તેના
પર તથા પૂંજીપતિઓને લોક્પાલના દાયરામાં સમાવેશ કરવો જોઈએ. અત્યારે જે શરૂઆત થઇ છે તેનોજ અમલ થાય તો બહુ સારી વાત છે. કોણ કેટલો ભ્રષ્ટાચાર કરે છે કે કેટલા ભાગનો રાજનેતાઓ ભ્રષ્ટાચાર કરે છે તે કહેવાય નહિ, પરંતુ કાયદાનું જો કડક રીતે પાલન કરવામો આવશે તો અમુક ભ્રષ્ટાચાર તો આપમેળેજ ઓછો થઇ જશે, એવું મારું માનવું છે. પૂંજીપતિઓ મંદિરો, આશ્રમો કે ધર્મસ્થાનોમાંજ પૈસા આપે એવું નથી, તેઓ સ્કુલ, કોલેજ, અનાથાશ્રમ, ધર્મશાળા વિગેરેમાં પણ આપતા હોય છે. ૧૦૦% ભ્રષ્ટાચારતો દુનિયાના વિકસિત દેશોમાંથી પણ કાઢી શકાયો નથી તો ભારતમાંતો કોઈ શક્યતાજ નથી.
બધાજ પૂંજીપતીઓ કામદારો–કર્મચારીઓનું શોષણ કરે છે તે વાત પણ બરાબર નથી.
હું નથી માનતો કે ટાટા, બિરલા કે અંબાણી જેવા પૂંજીપતીઓ, કારીગરોનું શોષણ કરતા હોય. મેં સરકારી ઓફિસમાં કામ કર્યું છે અને ત્યાં કર્મચારીઓ પ્રજાનું શોષણ કરે છે!!!
ભાઈ શ્રી યુસુફ કુંડાવાલા તથા અમૃત હજારી જો પ્રયત્ન કરશે તો ગુગલના સોફ્ટવેરથી બહુ સહેલાઈથી ગુજરાતી લખી શકાશે. થોડા પ્રયત્નોથી આપોઆપજ આવડી જશે.

It is true that everyone should be scrutinizes for the corruption. Let us be realistic.
The government has the authority to get after all these people. But they do not as much as they should is different story.
If the Lokpal in question here tries to do everything in one go, it may not be able to handle it. It is better that it be the watchdog over the existing watchdog. If the government were doing its job properly, all this would not have been necessary.

I fully agree with Murjibhai. “Slow and steady wins the race.” First check the men with legal and constitutional power how create the laws. We have to make sure that they follow, to the letter,the laws they make. If the people at the top are corrupt nothing can be accomplished.

મારું માનવું છે કે ધર્મગુરુ કે સંસ્થાઓને બાકાત રાખવું એ પણ ખોટું રહેશે ,જયારે ક્રાંતિ થઇ રહી છે ત્યારે કોઈ મુદ્દો બાકી ના રહે તેનું ધ્યાન રાખવું જરૂરી છે..

It is very simple reason :). Everybody pays tax and so, politicians are liable to people.
While “dharmagurus” and “rich folks” are part of the open market! They are not liable to the whole society. If a “dharmaguru” can’t attract enough folks under his umbrella, he won’t be successful. Once he creates his organization, it is up to the people of his organization to demand transparency – an outsider can’t demand it. Yes, if “dharmaguru” doesn’t pay tax – IT department can and should inquire – that doesn’t have to be included in Lokpal.
And come-on now – to hate “rich people” is now out fashioned :). We are not living in socialist India. “rich people” are now cool dudes – and they are role models. They are creative, hard working, risk taking folks who want to make difference in society by providing employments and making a difference. So, that’s not gonna fly. Yes, ethics in business is a must – and that can only be applied with bottoms up. “not so rich” people should also adhere to ethics, same as “rich people”. If economy does well, there would be enough “rich people” so that we have to find a new class to hate – if everybody is rich :).
Exploitation? How about “not so rich” people start demanding “work life balance”? With enough competition, “rich people” would be forced to provide good working environment and good pay, if “not so rich” people are educated and demands work/life balance.

When we witness the movement against corruption excepting industrialists, businessmen, sportsmen, film personalities spearheaded by so called ‘Gandhi’ Anna Hazare there occurs many such questions as raised by Mr. Chavda.
Yes, I fully support his views and demand. Kar chori vagar koi dhanvaan banij na shake. This is no hate businessmen but bringing them in the ambit of Lok Pal Bill. Every dharma guru, mandir and durgah has ‘Trusts’ or ‘Foundations’ for doing some charitable work/services. These are windows for attracting more people. Enough is enough. People are also to be blamed for flocking around such people.
